Requirements
Minimum 10 years of construction experience in Singapore
Experienced in HDB, Condominium and Industrial projects
Able to perform material take-off and quantity calculation
Strong site management and coordination skills
Knowledge of project cost control and resource planning
Able to build, lead and develop a project management team
Responsible, proactive and result-oriented

Requirements
Extensive experience in HDB residential projects
Strong leadership and site management skills
Able to independently manage site operations
Capable of leading existing teams or building a new team
Experience in subcontract or labour management is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability

HDB LIFTING TEAM LEADER
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience in HDB lifting operations
Familiar with tower crane operations and lifting coordination
Able to independently manage and lead a lifting team
Strong understanding of lifting safety requirements and risk control
Able to organize, supervise and train team members
Subcontract arrangement available for qualified candidates
Salary and engagement terms negotiable based on experience and capability
